Staying Registered After Moving Away
If you are moving house outside the practice area and wish to remain registered with the practice it may be possible as long as the distances are not too great, bearing in mind traffic patterns. This is because home visits would take too long if we had to visit people who were too far away. We can discuss this on an individual basis so please let reception know if you want to stay with the practice.
