Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
For patients wanting a referral for ADHD, please be aware there are extensive wait times. Our local NHS provider SLaM 3 boroughs ADHD/ASD service the wait time is 3 years, through the right to choose pathway – Psychiatry UK has currently temporarily closed to referrals until further notice, ADHD 360 has a wait time of Winter 2024. For ASD the wait time for NHS SLaM 3 boroughs ADHD/ASD team is 3 years, through right to choose Psychiatry UK the same applies as for ADHD pathway.
ADHD/Autism (ASD) referral information
As a practice we can provide under the NHS Right to Choose pathway referrals for ADHD/ASD to the following providers.

We will send you an email with a self-referral form, once this has been screened if you meet the threshold for a referral, we will action this for you.
Please be aware that each service has its own risk and suitability criteria, some people may be to complex for a digital assessment, this may be due to current physical or mental health difficulties. We would then refer to our local NHS team SLaM 3 borough ADHD/ASD – wait times in excess 4 years.
You need to have a laptop with a working microphone/camera and be computer literate.
Please also be aware that once the referral is made, we are not able to chase or expedite referrals. It is your responsibilty to maintain contact with the provider.
