How To Book A Blood Test

First, please ensure you collect the blood test form from the reception desk a day before your appointment

Now book an appointment. You can do this in two ways:

2. Or, you can call the centralised number on 020 8333 3217 (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm).

Walk-in appointments are still not available.

UPDATE:

Great News! We have listened to your feedback and we are excited to announce that we will be starting a blood test clinic within the practice.  

From 25th April 2022 all over 18 year olds will be able to book their blood test appointment at the practice.  

Please call the practice on 020 3474 6730 to book an appointment, or speak to a receptionist. *Only for those who have been given a blood test form from a doctor or nurse at the practice.   

Alternately, you can still use Online Appointment Healthcare Platform | Swiftqueue or call 020 8333 3217 (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm) to book a blood test at other clinics around Lewisham.
