Our Outreach Clinics

As a practice, we believe in providing the best care to our patients. In Deptford, we have a huge deprived population who do not have easy access to health care, so we offer extended support to those that need help, but not sure how.

Together We Make A Difference

We are proud to share the extra support we offer as a practice
