The Nurse was very professional and friendly. Went out of her way to help us understand the vaccines given our daughter.

Brilliant experience

The nurse was absolutely brilliant and completely put me at ease from the start. She explained the procedure to me thoroughly and reassured me about the process, made sure all of my questions were answered and made the actual sample taking so easy and kept me calm as it was my first smear test and I was very nervous. I now have no worries about having it done again, thank you.

Nurse appointment

I had a really good experience with an appointment about contraception. The nurse was very helpful and I felt that she cares about me. Additionally, because I’m a student she offered me a vaccination and conducted it straight away which I see as a big advantage as I don’t like wasting time to book appointments. The nurse and reception team were very helpful as it was my first time using NHS.

Always lovely care received during blood test

I had a blood test here today and am very scared of needles. The man and woman working there were so kind and helped me after when I felt faint. I've always received great customer care at the blood clinic. I would definately recommend this practice.
