Currently Training as a Care Coordinator which role includes answering phone calls to the practice, dealing with enquiries and sign-posting if relevant to onwards services. Also triage conditions, by completing a KLINIK form, gathering as much information from the patient to then pass on to a clinician to assess what advice to pass back to the patient to ensure a prompt safe solution to their medical enquiry.

I also deal with administrative duties, such as opening post to the practice, and scanning to system for the doctor to review.
