What is KLINIK?

Klinik is an online consultation platform, where you can raise medical and admin queries, all from the comfort of wherever you are.

Open Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm (except on bank holidays)

All medical queries are reviewed by a clinician (not by reception) to get you the right appointment, at the right time, with the right team *note this could be external to the practice such as Pharmacy First.

We aim to get back to you with a solution.

If you have internet access, we ask you to complete KLINIK online rather than calling the practice, to leave the phone lines free for those without internet access.

Whether you call, or walk-in to the practice, you will need to complete KLINIK for it to be assessed by a clinican  - don't worry the care navigators can complete the form for you!

You will need to share as much information with the care navigator to be able to allow the clinician to assess your medical query fully.

Note: All our staff are bound by confidentality, so any information you share is shared only with the clinician handling the cases on that day.
