To change your address is a simple process

If you get a "GOOD NEWS!" Green Alert - this means you are in our catchment area and can update your address with no restrictions to the services we can provide to you.

If you get a "SORRY" Red Alert - this means you are outside of our catchment area - you must read and accept the terms of conditions of our Out-Of-Area Patient Scheme as being registered outside of our catchment area comes with some restrictions to the services we can provide to you and we may have to advise you to register closer to home if you do not accept the terms, or if you fall into the exclusion criteria.
